wah. i got so many things to complain about today

TONIGHT I MET THIS REALLY UNREASONABLE/UNCIVILISED/HATEFUL/UNPLEASANT/NASTY/and the list goes on ..customer.

hello mr YAP TIONG TOH.
your name sounds as terrible as your voice. please forbid from saying im inexperienced just because i didnt know the valuation of you apartment. and for your information, it was my manager who was not able to give me the valuation cus he wasnt in the office. so you cant say im inexperienced. now people, heres what he said over the phone

"youre so inexperienced. didnt do your homework and then you call me. go and get someone more experienced to do okay. you dont seem to convince or persuade me. you dont know anything at all.(excuse me, i jst couldnt answer you on the valuation part). what are you working as. the agent? or your manager is? what is your job? just calling?"

it was more than that of cus. thts why i couldnt take it. so i jst went like "okay! bye!" and slammed the phone.
